**All Weights are within 1/10 of a pound

**Certain cuts not always available

**Aging meat before it is cut is not required for bison meat. However, there is normal hanging time of 4 days to 2 weeks. Prime age for harvesting bison is 24-30 months.

**Carolina Bison & King Farm bison meat is processed and inspected by Makins Meats in Burlington, NC

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE U.P.S. NEXT DAY AIR AND CHARGES ARE BASED ON WEIGHT AND DESTINATION
 

 

Most roast are packaged in 1 1/2 lb. packs to 5 lb. packs. Our steaks are packaged in 1 lb. packs to 2 1/2 lb. Packs.

Ground Bulk is in 1 lb., 2 lb. And 5 lb. packages. The Ground patties come 4 to a package average weight of each patty is about 1/4 lb. Per patty. Sausage is package in 8 to a package, and the Bulk Sausage is in 1 lb. Packages.
